What’s going on with Cancers and Scorpios?

Both men are Scorpios, both girls are Cancers – both
caput…but are they? Breaking up while Mercury is out
of phase is never a good idea – and with Venus going
out of phase December 24 – early February – chances
are that these relationships have a few more nights/days left
in them yet. I do think however that the love is gone between
the two couples and while they may reconcile or see each other,
too much damage has been done.
While Cancer and Scorpio are perfect matches together, it
doesn’t mean that the rest of their charts are simpatico.
While I don’t know rising signs as I would need exact
times of birth for everyone, it is often a clash of rising
signs or Venus or Moon signs which means that perfect matches
aren’t so perfect.
When you know your rising sign, you also know your descendant
sign – which is opposite of your rising. So if you’re
Gemini rising for eg, your descendant is Sagittarius –
your marriage/partnership sign – the sign you are most
compatible with – even if you’re a Virgo or Scorpio
Sun sign – it’s about the way you live your day
to day life and what rising you are that counts. So if anyone
knows Nick and Jessica’s time of birth…send it

Sagittarians are wild and crazy for sure – not shy
retiring types at all. And like Teri Hatcher,
they are the come back kings and queens. Just when you think
they’re over and done with, their ruler Jupiter, the
planet of opportunity and abundance kicks into high gear and
they resurrect themselves. Anna Nicole Smith
is another one – Ozzy too.
With Mercury the planet of communication and clear thinking
finally moving direct in Sagittarius on the 4th, and really
kicking into high gear in Sagittarius on the 13th, it will
be interesting to see what happens in the Spears/Federline
camp. She is an outspoken and ‘born under a very lucky
star’ Sag, while he is an Aries – not that he
comes across as an Aries (same birthday as Matthew
Broderick) but like Broderick
he seems to have a quite strength and determination –
he is in for either the long haul or for what he can get out
of his marriage to Britney –
as they don’t seem to be getting along very well lately.
The big news of December 2005 is the retrograde activity
of Venus, the planet of love, relationships and harmony. She
goes out of phase in loner sign Aquarius from December 24
through the first week of February. This is NOT GOOD –
people will want their freedom and their independence and
will not be so ‘put up and shut up’ about their
relationship issues and problems. Celebrities will either
want a time out or break up altogether – that is –
those couples on shaky ground – like the Federlines.
As for Jennifer Aniston (Aquarius)
and Aries Vince Vaughn, it will
be interesting to see what happens there – it might
not last due to Venus retrograde – or it could go completely
the other way and have them marrying in a Vegas midnight ceremony
on New Year’s Eve (or pregnancy rumours about her could
abound around the 31st).
Venus doesn’t go retrograde very often (thank goodness)
and it is never an easy time. And with so much constant scrutiny
and pressure on them already, celebrities may feel that they
are better off breaking up and getting it over and done with
around the holidays, as most staffers at tabloids take a break
(as was the case with Nick & Jessica
– who officially split the night before Thanksgiving
– leaving tabloid staffers scrambling to eat their turkey
and get back to work).
Venus retrograde effects everyone – but the fact that
she is going out of phase in Aquarius means that it will affect
Aquarius, Gemini, Librans the most, with Sagittarius, Leo
and Aries also affected – let’s see what happens
with Denise Richards (Aquarius)
and her reconciliation with Charlie Sheen.

– it will be interesting and if people do break up –
they might just get back together in time for Valentine’s
