March madness begins – with a New Moon in Pisces March 10 putting a touch of romance into our jaded lives. Don’t be surprised if a celebrity couple announces their rather sudden engagement or quickie wedding around this time. My pick is Drew Barrymore and her Gemini boyfriend Fabrizio Moretti, Charlotte Church or Jessica Biel being swept up by romance and doing something spur of the moment. Mercury retrogrades or goes out of phase in the ‘me first’ sign of Aries (think Russell Crowe, Mariah Carey & Posh Spice). Planetary placements: Mercury, the planet of communication and clear thinking is in Pisces through the 5th, then Aries through mid-May (retrograding in Aries March 19 – April 12).
Venus the matchmaker is in Pisces through the 23rd, then moving into Aries

Pisces are ruled by Neptune, the planet of fantasy and the planet that usually looks at life through rose coloured glasses. That said, they are also symbolized by 2 fish. One swimming upstream, one downstream. There are Pisces (like Rupert Murdoch) who are amongst the most successful people in the world. Then there are Pisces who rise and fall in spectacular style (Fabio, rapper Ja Rule). Pisces are the sign that leads the Fortune 500 list of millionaires. That’s right, there are more Pisces millionaires than any other sign. But to balance that out, there are more Pisces alcoholics, drug addicts and down and outers than most other signs. Kurt Cobain is the classic example of a Pisces who had everything and more and blew it all (literally). In March, there are sure to be more tales of woe coming from the celebrity sector of our community. Mercury, the planet of communication and clear thinking retrograding in Aries is not good. Mercury rules communication and clear thinking. Aries rarely think before speaking. So watch out for celebs airing more than their designer gowns and bling bling. Aries celebs will be particularly ‘caught out there’. Mariah Carey, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Russell Crowe, Elle McPherson, Alec Baldwin, Robert Downey Jr, Heath Ledger have all been rather quiet and low key of late. What’s up with that? Expect startling developments and the airing of plenty of dirty laundry from these people and other celebs with a strong Aries connection in their chart from March 19 onwards. The Full Moon in Libra (the sign of relationships) March 26 brings with it closure on those relationships that just aren’t working out. Reports of rocky love affairs etc will become front-page news. There have been rumors for a long time about Libra Will Smith and his open marriage with Virgo wife Jada. Something scandalous re this marriage could break around the 26th, with the Mercury retrograde/Full Moon combo. Libra Guy Pearce has been quiet of late and he tends to dodge the celeb bullet. Not for much longer. Libran Toni Braxton could quietly announce the end of her marriage this month or sometime in April, as she rethinks the way her marriage is working out and if it is lacking something vital to her own happiness. >Ushercould be involved in yet another sex scandal late March, when someone who is supposed to keep his or her mouth shut doesn’t. Eminemis yet another Libra singer who keeps out of the spotlight, but when he does something wrong, we all hear about it…eventually. So while the Sun and Venus shimmer in psychic Pisces, the other planets heat things up in Aries and Capricorn, with Mars, the planet of passion remaining in the sign of the goat through March 21st. That date coincides with Saturn moving forward in Cancer, after being out of phase for several months. Capricorns and Cancers will continue to be in the news in March, and with Mercury retrograding in their 4th house of home and family, it could get interesting. Jessica Simpson is the classic Cancer – emotional, vulnerable, soft looking with a cast iron constitution and a certifiable money making machine. What you see is definitely not what you get with Jessica. Luckily Nick Lachey is a Scorpio and can handle her. But for how much longer? If Jessica was ever going to make a break – either from her controlling father or Nick, it will be once Saturn moves direct in her sign March 21st. Prince William is another Cancer who is itching to do his own thing and will finally be able to do this year, starting in March, when he makes a big decision. His mother Diana was a Cancer (July 1st) and he has her same quiet strength. Don’t be surprised if Pamela Anderson (also born July 1st) announces her engagement to boyfriend of several months Leo Stephen Dorff. OR, she gets back with Capricorn Kid Rock – tying the knot in a completely oddball ceremony that has everyone twittering. Either way – Leo Dorff or goat Kid, it will all end as quickly as it began, but will put Pam back in the news for a while. Like Jessica, Pamela is another blond bimbo with the shrewd cunning of a businesswoman who knows exactly what she wants and how much she wants to be paid for doing it. Once Mars, the Viagra of the zodiac moves into Aquarius March 22nd, things will get even more interesting. Mars in Aquarius tends to be erratic and eccentric. Sexually, Mars in Aquarius pushes people to experiment and try new things and new people. Robbie Williams, Paris Hilton, Jennifer Aniston, Ashton Kutcher, Portia De Rossi & Ellen DeGeneres are all Aquarians who could very well get their faces splashed across the front pages of tabloids the world over by doing or saying something that causes the conservatives of the world to recoil in horror.
